andyman.one is designed as a data-minimising private website.

No analytics or tracking services, advertising, social media pixels or externally embedded fonts are used.

The website has no registration, comment function, contact form, payment function or other input fields for collecting personal data.

When the website is accessed, technically necessary server and connection data are processed. According to dogado, access and error logs may contain the following information in particular:

page accessed, time of access, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser used, operating system used and IP address.

The processing is carried out to provide the website securely, reliably and without disruption, and for technical error analysis.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and functional operation of this website.

According to dogado, the IP address is anonymised after 24 hours. The corresponding log files are deleted after seven days at the latest.

dogado processes hosting data as a processor. Where subcontractors are used, their involvement is governed by the data processing agreement concluded with dogado and the list of subprocessors maintained there.

4. Contact by email

When the WRITE ME button is clicked, the website itself does not transmit any personal data to a server.

The email address is first assembled locally in the browser and then passed to the email program configured on the respective device.

Only if an email is subsequently sent are the data transmitted by the sender processed. These may include, in particular, the email address, name, message content and technical communication data.

The email service for andyman.one is also provided by dogado GmbH.

The processing is carried out solely to handle and respond to the respective message. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in communicating with people who contact us on their own initiative.

The data are deleted as soon as the respective communication has ended and there are no statutory retention obligations or other legitimate grounds for continued storage. Technical backup copies may remain for a limited period as part of the service provider's usual backup cycles.

According to the current technical setup, this website uses no cookies.

Neither localStorage nor sessionStorage, IndexedDB or comparable client-side storage mechanisms are used.

Merely accessing andyman.one does not embed any content from these providers or load any content from their servers.
